A Taste of History

Since the early 1950s, Singapore has been a hub for culinary innovation, blending British cooking with local flavours. Tanglin Cookhouse brings that history to the table. Our kitchen team at Tanglin Mall and Paya Lebar Quarter cooks British classics such as Beef Wellington and English Fish & Chips alongside Singapore heritage dishes like the Hainanese Kurobuta Pork Cutlet, Singapore Chilli Crab Pasta and Heritage Gula Melaka Sago Pudding. Enjoy it all in a lush British-Singaporean setting where old-world charm meets modern comfort.

Retreat back in time at our Cookhouse, with an all-day à la carte menu of classic British-Singaporean dishes.
